School Holidays Should Be Three Weeks Long

I strongly believe that the school holidays should become three weeks long because it is much better for students, parents and teachers. I’ll tell you exactly how in this piece of writing.

Firstly, the children will all be happy and won’t be angry because the high schools have a longer holiday than them.

Secondly, the parents will be able to rest and sleep in, instead of having to get up and take their kids to school.

Thirdly, we would be able to see friends and family that you hardly get to see, like my cousins in Christchurch, or my auntie, uncle and cousins in Australia. I usually wouldn’t be able to see them because they all live so far away.

Lastly, teachers might be really tired because of being tied up with school work.  They would be able to go on a holiday they usually wouldn’t have time to do.

And that’s why I think the school holidays should be three weeks long.
