Room 4's Soft Toys by Charlotte

Teddy bears were invented in Germany and the United States at around the same time. They were named after American President Theodore “T.R. Roosevelt Junior” (Teddy). They were based on bear cubs. Teddy bears are quite popular with children all over the world.

Teddy bears and other animals are now made worldwide. Room 4 students brought their favourite soft toys to school to share.

Charlotte’s dinosaur is soft and cuddly. It is white with dark green spots. It also has horns like a cow. It is a huge toy. It is bigger than a medium sized teddy. The dinosaur lives in Charlotte’s bedroom.
Caitlin’s disco dog is dark black, light brown and white. It has cool shiny red glasses. It plays the song “Who let the dogs out’’, But it doesn’t play the whole song. The disco dog lives at Caitlin’s house.

The giraffe lives at Ainemaria’s house in her bedroom. It has brown spots and yellow fur with a little bit of black fur on top of its head. It is bigger than a radio in Room 4. Ainemaria’s giraffe is really soft. It can turn into a pillow.
